If you are providing the P.A., BAYOU GUMBO require, on stage:

4 vocal mikes, (SM58s or similar) on boom stands. Note that one of these is for the drummer

Backline for electric bass & guitar.

Appropriate mikes, etc for full drum kit.

D.I. for fiddle and squeezebox.

Suitable monitoring, (particularly for vocalists & drummer).

Lighting to make the band visible (!) or even to make them look good (!!)
